After Rangpanchmi Indore 2026, we published an honest post-event review. A vendor who claims no operational failures has never run a real deployment at scale.

■ Problem
Internet connectivity was inconsistent. Nagar Nigam network caused signal disruptions, hampering real-time streaming during peak crowd hours.
■ Fix
Redundant ISPs + VSAT satellite backup. Dedicated fiber for drone ops. Localised mesh networks at high-density zones.

Coordination was fragmented. No unified command structure caused communication gaps and response delays across agencies.
