No Hotel Addresses: We do not allow orders to be shipped to hotels. Please provide a permanent street address.
PO Boxes: Shipments to PO Boxes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be declined.
Refunds: All orders that are declined by us due to any of these rules are voided with your method of payment and the order is cancelled.

Where is my shipment?
If you want to get an idea of the status of your order (like “Has my order shipped yet?”), log in to your account and look at your order history. Each order will show if it was shipped and provide a tracking link, if available, given your selected shipping methods. Please wait for at least 24hrs for the tracking information to be updated once it is shipped. If your order status shows shipped but you do not see tracking that means your order is packaged and will be shipped shortly.
If your status is processing it means that we have received your order and will be shipping as soon as possible.
How long until my order ships?
You should plan for at least 1 business day from the time your order is placed until it is shipped. While we do our best to get all in-stock orders that are placed before 3 (IST) shipped out on the same day, we cannot always guarantee such a short processing time. Please also keep in mind that the number of days refers to “business” days, which is Monday through Saturday.

We will start to process your order as soon as we receive it. So it may not be possible to cancel the order. If you still opt to cancel the order, then please get in touch with us on Mobile or WhatsApp as soon as possible. We will cancel the order at your request if it is not shipped or completed processing.
You accept Delhivery, DTDC, FedEx, Bluedart, DHL, Speedpost and all other commercial carriers Whoopmasters India offers or chooses to fulfill your order (“Mail Carrier(s)”) as reliable mail carriers and Whoopmasters India’s carriers of choice.
We need a complete and valid street address to ship your products. We do not allow orders to be shipped to the following:
Hotel and Convention Center Addresses – We have had a problem with packages getting lost at hotels and convention centers. We require a permanent, verified, residential, or established business address.
PO Boxes, including APO addresses – Shipments to PO Boxes and APO addresses are reviewed on a case by case basis and may be declined. To avoid your order being held for review, use your regular residential or business address.
Tracking and Lost Shipments
If you select “Free Shipping”, Whoopmasters India will send your packages with Delhivery (mostly surface). Depending on the type of Delhivery service chosen by Whoopmasters India, the package may show receipt by the Delhivery, but may not show any tracking information after it was received by Delhivery. Even if Whoopmasters India ships the items in a timely fashion to the Delhivery pick-up center, it might not be updated in the tracking immediately and will not be considered as a liability of our same-day shipping policy. Whoopmasters India has no influence or control over the internal processes of Mail Carriers or the local postal system. Whoopmasters India cannot be held liable for any mistakes made by a Mail Carrier.
If a package has been shipped under the free shipping offer and has been lost in transit, the liability of Whoopmasters India will be limited to Rs. 5,000/-.
When Whoopmasters India sends your order with any Mail Carrier, the delivery is not insured. Additional and optional “shipping insurance” may be offered for an additional charge at Whoopmasters India’s sole discretion.
Most of the mail services offered by Whoopmasters India require a signature on delivery of your package. Only in certain cases and in the sole discretion of Whoopmasters India will a signature not be required.
If your order contains items that are ‘back-ordered, your entire order will be held until the back-ordered item(s) come(s) into stock. All orders ship complete. Partial shipments are only available under certain conditions and at the sole discretion of Whoopmasters India. Items of your order that are not on backorder will be held in reserve for you so that no previously purchased item runs out of stock while we wait on the back-ordered item(s).
Canceled Order Refunds
All orders that are declined by us due to a) violation of any of our shipping rules; or b) suspected fraud, are automatically voided with your method of payment and canceled. In most cases, you will be notified of any order cancellations.
Shipment Times and Delays
Orders having all items in stock and placed before 3 PM IST Monday-Saturday typically ship the same day. Exceptions may occur due to holidays, payment review delays, or other unforeseen issues. Orders placed after 3 PM IST will typically leave our warehouse the same business day from the time your order is placed but may not be forwarded by the courier partner till the next business day. Transit times for “Next-Day” and other expedited forms of shipping are calculated from the point in time that the Mail Carrier picks up an order from our warehouse after processing. In rare cases and depending on your ship-to address, it can take longer than indicated for a package to reach you. This delay is independent of the mail service you chose during check-out. The delivery time frames provided are averages for most mail pieces. Whoopmasters India is not responsible if a Mail Carrier delays the arrival of your package due to circumstances beyond our control and or other issues. Whoopmasters India does not provide refunds in case your package is delayed.
Free Shipping exceptions
Whoopmasters India offers Free Shipping on a majority of orders. *Qualifying orders over Rs. 9,999 will be eligible for free Surface shipping except when the weight (volumetric or gross) exceeds 2KG.
Some exceptions apply such as specialty items as noted on individual product pages. Batteries can only be shipped via the surface shipping method. While free shipping is still available for orders containing batteries, 2-3 day shipping cannot be guaranteed due to the required ground shipping method.
